| INSOL EUROPE INSOL Europe was founded in 1981 and its membership now stands at 800, covering 33 countries. INSOL Europe is the European organisation of professionals who specialise in insolvency, bankruptcy and business reconstruction and recovery. Full Membership is open to qualified lawyers, accountants and insolvency practitioners. Associate membership is available for lenders, regulators, academics, members of the judiciary, credit managers and credit insurers. International Bar Association (SIRC) The International Bar Association's Section on Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights (SIRC) is a prominent international association of lawyers interested in insolvency and creditors' rights law. Members are encouraged to participate actively in SIRC's work at its bi-annual conferences, through the work of its sub-committees and through articles in its Journal, Insolvency and Restructuring International. SIRC's conferences draw speakers from its members as well as from government, business and industry, the judiciary and academia.
